License Key Reset Request

For security reasons all digital products are limited to a single download from our system. If for some reason you had issues with your license key or the file did not save properly to your system, use this form to request a license key reset from the vendor that you purchased from.

You will need the Order Number and the Email Address that was used for the purchase. This information can be found within your printed Order Confirmation Screen or within the Order Confirmation Email.

Once you enter the Order Number and Email Address used for the order click “Submit Request”. Once submitted the vendor that you purchased the digital product from will be notified of your request.
