When you transmit your information or upload content to our system we use industry standard Secure Socket Layers to insure digital encryption so your information cannot be seen by others. Industry standard password protection is required to access your account and is created upon account signup and activation.
Credit card information we collect for payment is not stored on our servers. It is passed through Secure Socket Layers to our provider (Authorize.net) for authorization and storage. Credit card information is stored at our merchant provider, and is protected by their secure infrastructure and is securely accessed using our custom written recurring billing system for updates to client payment information and confirmation purposes only. Confirmations allow us to provide active accounts with access to our service.
Non-sensitive general account information is stored on our servers and is accessible only to authorized personnel.
