To request support for your account, please login to the Client Control Panel and submit a support ticket. Your ticket will be responded to within 24 hours, if not sooner. The support ticket system can be found under the "main" tab within the client control panel. Click Here to login.

To cancel your service, please login to the Client Control Panel and submit a support ticket with the subject line "cancel account." Note - Per the terms of our service that you agreed to when signing up, we do not accept phone calls or emails for cancellations. Any form of communication other than submitting a support ticket will not be acceptable for cancellation. We do not refund partial months of service, or service that is cancelled on the day of renewal.
