What are the goals for your affiliate program?

The digital content delivery industry is just starting to emerge with projections of phenomenal growth over the next 3-5 years. Our goal is to grow our market share by creating long-term professional business relationships with aggressive marketers. We plan to do this by providing top-notch support, fast and accurate payouts and traffic driving affiliate promotions so that our Affiliates can really make money.

How do I sign up for your affiliate program?

Registration requires approval and every application is manually reviewed by our managers. The process is fairly simple. Submit an application, get approved/denied, if approved provide taxpayer information and get access to the Affiliate Management Control Panel.

We welcome all applications but have certain criteria which help us decide if your application is approved or denied.

When making application please try to be as detailed as possible with your plan for selling our service.
We do not accept coming soon websites or domain names with no websites.
Your website should have at least 500 unique visitors per month (for U.S. websites we check this info on compete.com). We have this minimum requirement for a reason: It shows us that you actively work on promoting your website to drive traffic to it and with that traffic you have the possibility of making money with our program. (If you have no traffic, you won't make any money)
Your website (and your business) should be somewhat related to our business: Website Design, Hosting Services, Marketing Services, Publishing Blogs, Tech Blogs, Service Review Blogs, Book Clubs, Web Consulting etc... If you sell light bulbs more than likely your customers are not looking for digital content delivery services.
Your website must have a professional look and feel. We don't have a set of standards for this but we find that most websites that are organized, appealing to the eye with easy navigation do very well.

How much commission do you pay?

Monthly Service Plans

Activation & Recurring Commission on Starter Accounts is 30% of $4.95 = $1.49
Activation & Recurring Commission on Basic Accounts is 30% of $14.95 = $4.49
Activation & Recurring Commission on Business Accounts is 30% of $19.95 = $5.99
Activation & Recurring Commission on Professional Accounts is 30% of $24.95 = $7.49

If a customer upgrades or downgrades during the life of their account the 30% recurring commission will also upgrade or downgrade. Recurring commissions start accumulating on the first billing cycle which is 30 days after the initial activation.

Yearly Service Plans

Activation Commission on Starter Accounts is 30% of $53.46 = $16.04
Activation Commission on Basic Accounts is 30% of $161.46 = $48.44
Activation Commission on Business Accounts is 30% of $215.46 = $64.64
Activation Commission on Professional Accounts is 30% of $269.40 = $80.82

If a customer upgrades or downgrades during the one year account term the 30% recurring commission will also upgrade or downgrade.

Do you help affiliates drive more sales?

Yes we do. In addition to our standard banners, we also offer promotional banners to help sweeten the deal for your visitors. Our promotional banners offer a call to action promotion code that is entered upon checkout for special savings that really helps drive sales.

How and when are commissions paid?

Commissions are paid by check through the U.S. Mail. You can request a check for your earnings at any time. Commission checks are processed manually within 5-7 business days from the date of your request. When a commission is paid an email notification will be sent to you. Do you offer any commissions statistics?

Most Definitely! We have developed a state-of-the-art system. Once you're an affiliate simply log into the Affiliate Management Control Panel and you will be able to see all of your clickthroughs, activations, conversions, commissions due, commissions paid and any charge backs. You'll even be able to download the reports into excel by date range.

As a courtesy we also send an email when a sale is made under your Affiliate ID.

How are my sales tracked?

We are the only company that we know of that has three ways ensuring you receive credit for your sales. First, we track by session variable to record the sale if a visitor signs up during their first or subsequent direct clicks from your site. Second, visitors are tracked by a cookie that is set for 2 years which means if someone came from your website to our site, having purchased nothing but came back a few months later to make a purchase, you would still get your commission. Third, the cookie and the URL both have encryption built in to prevent substituting the affiliate ID encoded into the URL.

Can I participate if I reside outside the United States?

Certainly. But know that we currently only support the English language.
